Hi,
I referred a friend to EE and we both received an email in December saying we'd receive our Amazon voucher around 45 days after the 2nd bill of the new contract was paid. Depending on when you count the 2nd bill that would have been February at the latest.
We haven't received our Amazon voucher, nor any further update, and despite contacting about 3 different sections of EE by phone to ask them for an update nobody seems to know what I'm talking about (or clearly aren't interested). I've emailed Buyapowa (who seem to be the people actually responsible for dealing with the promotion) but haven't had any acknowledgement.
Does anyone happen to know a decent contact number or email address to get this resolved?

How did you get on I'm in the same situation no one knows what to do about it it's crazy they offer something they can't seem to sort out lol
