Hi,
I messaged 150 this morning from my mobile device and it gave me all the pack options. At the bottom it gave me an option for all Information on the packs to click the link. I clicked the link and thought I had topped up. It’s still now allowing me to make calls or text anybody. Have I topped up or have I bought another service? If so can it be refunded?

@Ell17 What does texting AL to 150 return to you ? What does your online account say you have ? If you have purchased a pack and you have started using the allowance of that pack you’ll not get any refund as your using the pack allowances.

It says my balance is 00.00 however I purchased something online but it’s not showing up. This is what I purchased online.

@Ell17 You need to remove all personal information from your image before it’ll show. This is a public forum and you are posting that on the internet for everyone in the world to see should they decide to come to this forum.

Sorry didn’t realise I had. However online it states that I bought a 30gb sim plan. Unsure if this is a completely new sim or if I have topped it up and it’s not working?

The image you posted shows you have ordered a new pay monthly SIM plan. What is the full response you receive if you text BALANCE to 150?
