I've just flown to Portugal and my sim card is locked. My EE Puk number isn't working - I've typed the one on my EE account several times and it's never correct. I can't call EE for help as I don't have service! What should I do?!
@lucyjamieson199 Going out of the UK will not lock a SIM card. If you have type in the PUK code to unblock a SIM card more than 3 times the sim will be blocked and you’ll have to call customer services to get the block removed.
