EE Perks

I registered for the EE perks website 2 years ago and had used it to get a code at the time but now I can't log into it or get a password reset.

Can someone help? It's not in the spam folder.

It just say invalid log in detail.

I tried to reset it but never received anything.

Are you using the same email address you originally signed up with? (Usually your work email)

Have you checked your spam/junk folder?

I did use the same email I signed up with.

It's not in the spam folder. 

I had a password reset email yesterday as I locked myself out of the account and it said I couldn't log in for 24 hours.

Wouldn't let me log in at all today
