Hi,
I’m having trouble logging into the re perks site and the password reset doesn’t send an email. MyEE works fine and I’ve even reset the password there.
Ive found various posts (over a long period of time) reporting the same issue but no answer as such.
many idea what I can do to reset the password?

Hi,
I'm also having this problem, I've checked the junk for both my personal and work emails and neither have had the password reset come through. Can you advise please?
