Good afternoon,
I have tried to access my EE perks account to no avail and been unable to receive a reset password despite requesting repeatedly. I work for the NHS and the 20% discount would be very appreciated. I accessed the account last, at the start of the Covid pandemic for the unlimited data and not needed to gain access since. I've tried with my personal email and my nhs one too. Could you please look into this please? Many thanks.

Welcome to the community.
It should be a separate login to the NHS Unlimited data offer.
Could you try registering from scratch on the EE Perk portal please?

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your reply, I have just attempted this again and it states I'm already registered but, unable to log in. I just want to get the code to enable my 20% discount, as apparently the code on the health boards intranet is no longer acceptable, which is employee, followed by two numbers and the abbreviated health board. I'm at a loss on what to do. I am able to access my work email and personal email today. The 20% was in use but, I upgraded my handset and thus, need to apply the code again.

Have you registered for perk through our perk portal?
If you're already registered, have you tried a password reset?
