Morning all,
I received an email a short while ago asking me to revalidate my EE Perk details.
I couldn't log in, so I entered the email address I've got registered to my account for a password reset email, but this has never arrived and never does, despite numerous requests of the system.
Could you please assist me accessing my account again?

What error message do you see when trying to login to your Perk account?

Hi James,
Basically, I just receive a message stating my details are incorrect.
I then enter the email address on the Perks account for a password reset email but this never arrives. I've checked all my folders, but nothing.

No, I'm using my personal email address; I have an email from Perk in my work inbox but I'm unable to verify as I can't login to the Perk account, and I can't reset the password for it.
Could you please PM me in case you need specific information?

Can you try entering the work email address to log in and if needed request the password reset email to that address, do you receive this?
