EE Perks Login issue

Hi I cannot and have been able to log into the perks site.  I registered a number of years ago and now i am looking to move away from Three, i tried logging into perks but it fails.  I tried reseting the password but an email is never received

 

I even tried creating a new account but it fails stating my dtails are already registered.

 

Can anyone help?

What error message are you getting when you try to log in?

Hi Chris,

 

It says wrong password but when I try the password recovery I don’t receive a reset email.

 

As I first registered over 3 years ago I thought it may be expired so I tried to re-register but it errors saying my details are already registered.

Did the password reset definitely not go into your junk/spam folder?

@Yes I have checked all junk folders and there is nothing.  I also tried to resend the link multiple times with no joy.
