EE Perk Account De-activated

Hi,

 

I can see this is a common problem and requires an account reset by an admin.

 

My EE perk account after re-setting password and logging in says it is deactivated as registration was not completed within the time frame. 

 

I tried re-registering and it wouldn't allow it.

 

Can my account please be reset?
