Hi wondered if anyone could help I have signed up to EE perks with both my work and personal email. I have received my verification email in my work account however when I click the link to verify my email the page won’t load. I have then changed it to be sent to my personal email to see if I can verify it that way and my personal email is not receiving anything wondered if anyone could assist with this.

Are you trying to verify this on a computer or phone?
Have you checked both Spam/Junk folders on your personal email? sometimes emails can be directed here.

Getting this code for discount is an absolute nightmare! I have put work email and home email and both are confusing each other, then it says password not right ect...I’ve been at it all day and still no code.....why can’t it be simple to use for us NHS workers......it seems so difficult that we may just leave it! Honestly crazy!

Did you register using your work email?
