E Sim - deleted following upgrade order

I ordered my upgrade yesterday and requested a new esim be sent out to set up the new phone. 
Today, I have lost all service to my personal line and the original esim appears to have been deleted?!

 

Any advice? It would appear I’m without my personal line until my new phone arrives, which could be a while as it’s on pre order.
