Dual Sim Voicemail 2nd line

Hello. I have recently set up my I-Phone 11pro to run in dual sim mode. Line 1 is for personal calls and line 2 is for work calls. The voicemail works ok for line 1. However line 2 the voicemail doesn't kick in when someone calls. Both sims are with EE. Can you help pls...?

@MikeG49   Have you activated voicemail on the 2nd line ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @MikeG49 

 

Using the second line whose voicemail isn't working, text VM OFF to 150 and wait for the confirmations.

 

Then send VM ON to 150, reboot your phone and wait for confirmations.

 

Then call your voicemail - does it work?

Thanks for the info as well. I tried that and still when you call the work number it just rings out and no voice mail option kicks in. 

 

In order to Txt on my work number line I had to cancel all old messages to 150 as they were defaulting to my personal number when txting to 150. This also didn’t make a difference when I txted through my work line.
