Dpd booking not working

I have a new phone due to be delivered tomorrow and I have recieved the text from ee asking me to book a 1 hour slot with dpd which has a link of course but the link says they do not have an order for me .I am not sure what to do?

hi i have same problem, no info and DPD dont deliver before 9am or after 5pm, which i work... guess i wont be getting my phone anytime soon... andas i live in the highlands i cant get to a shop. why do they use these uselsess couriers???

Same issue! Spent most the morning trying to contact someone about it - unsuccessfully!!
The tracking email sent by EE is still 'processing' with no delivery date too

They have my parcel number and I got that and tried on dpd. All seems okay now and I can see my order with dpd.
They didn't know why the link on the sms was not working.
Very helpful though

I have the same problem and my parcel is meant to arrive tomorrow.
I wonder if it'll still arrive even if you don't book an hour.

Hi
I've just managed to get my link to work by changing this x www.dpd.co.uk/x/********* to a b www.dpd.co.uk/b/*********
I had a similar problem with my nike delivery, seems were being sent the wrong links.
