I have got a 4G dongle which is fully charged and is constantly showing a red light. Devices are connecting to it but there is no internet connection.
Signal for EE is good and have no problems with phone.
No shortage of data as package is sufficient.
Any suggestions to solve this issue would be appreciated.

Where and when did you get this dongle?
Has it worked at all since you got it?

Jon, the dongle is from an EE shop on contract and has been working. Not been used for a couple of months.
