Hey guys,
Ok I just pre-ordered the S21 ultra for my upgrade. Went for the plan which would take my S10+ as a £350 trade in. But my conformation Email says different about the trade in deal, and says £150 for a Iphone 7 or Samsung S9, Which I have neither of. The rest of the plan details are all correct, just the trade in offer. I tried calling CS, but haven't got the time at the minute to sit there and wait for someone to answer. So I thought next best thing was to jump on here and ask. Is this something I'm going to have to sit and wait to speak to someone about, or can someone here explain whats going on?

As your trade in information is in correct I would recommend speaking with our customer service team.
The team has account access and will be able to amend details.
