Did it again with perks code

I’ve managed again to mess up applying perks codes. Doesn’t seem a very easy way please can someone help.

What happens when you try to get a perk code?

Are you able to log into your perk account?

So I generated 2 codes for 2 things I wanted and went through the process via the perks portal of ordering them got to the end and no where to put the perk. I was in hospital for a long time and desperately in need Of items I ended up ordering them without☹️
