I just got a text saying my preorder of the Samsung galaxy s10 plus is on track but when I checked my tracking details it’s still on the same stage as before what is text for to make us more mad

Just upload ur preorder confirmation and a pic of a screen with the imei.thats what I did nd got validation right away

I got my phone yesterday 😁 I have claimed for the buds but not heard back off them yet? Shall give it a few days then phone as I'm not sure I gave enough information as I ordered via a online chat and did not have a confirmation email ?
