Device hasn't delivered yet after 18 days has passed after order and no update

Hi,
I ordered 'upgrade' device on 24th April but I haven't been received any update for that since I received order confirmation on that day. I tried to check the process of delivery inputting order number starting from 'xko' and email on 'track your order' page but only error message is popped up....
I would like to know what's happening on my order...
