hi ordered by phone then I cancelled it and the deposit £150 was supposed to be refunded in 2 weeks am. I’ve asked then yesterday by chat they said refund is pending because there is a security check that is missing the problem is I send couple of email and I even called international but I’ve ran out of minutes and I’m abroad. How long you guys will keep my deposit which I cancelled and they said refund is automatic.
