Delivery of an upgrade phone.

I recently upgraded my pay monthly phone on Sunday the 12th Sept, to the S21 5G 256gb in Grey however have not received anything apart from the order confirmation email. 

 

It states on the website dispatch in 24 hours? I just want to double check the processes as im in the office this week working and will need to inform DPD of delivery instructions as I may not be in!

Welcome to the community and thanks for ordering.

 

The current delivery guidance for that particular model is 'Order now. We'll deliver to you as soon as we receive stock'.

 

DPD will be in touch with you when it is ready to deliver.
