Hello,
So I have a PAYG sim, I want this number deactivated ASAP.
I read through the other forum and from my knowledge, SIM would usually be deactivate due to inactivity of 6 Months.
I need this number deactivate asap is there any way I can do this in a straight forward manner. Do I have to call them? can I email?

@FXX_ : Just cut it up & bin it. It will then no longer exist.

Can't see what more you want. EE have no email contact.
You could go into your online MyEE > A/C Settings > Manage numbers & Remove that no. but it does no more than remove it from MyEE, not make it any more or less existent.
I'm sure if you called EE they will tell you "Cut it up / Bin it". It's what everyone else does with PAYG.

I have sent an email this month and got a reply from them on the 19th so I'm not sure what you mean there.
I read another forum saying to call the provider, explain the situation and they can deactive it in seconds. Is that correct?
what number do I call to talk to an EE member? I called a number today it said normal rates apply to talk to a member of staff?

EE provide no email addy for users to contact them. Which email addy did you use?
It costs PAYG users 25p per call to call CS. Call CS on the Freephone no. in my sig.
