Any idea why the amount of Data I have left is showing differently on the App to what it is in my phone settings?

Any phone should tell that its usage figures may not agree with what your provider thinks.

The data shown in your device settings is an estimate and may vary slightly to your overall usage in your My EE account.
If you reset the counter when your allowance restarts, this will help you monitor your data usage going forward.
