Data boost on pack not appearing

Hi I got the below info before my pack renewed but I have only got 14gb not the promised 34.anyone know what's going on? Screenshot_2021-05-09-12-21-58-518_uk.co.ee.myee.jpg

The image shows 34GB of data, does this now show a different amount in your My EE? 

 

Can you text BALANCE to 150 and let me know the reply?

I get this.

 

Great news. You will get an extra 100 minutes and 8.5GB every time you buy a pack. You are also 2 more packs away from being able to add another boost. For more info go to MyEE. ee.co.uk/myee

Spoke to the payg team.

 

I think I have too many boosts for the system (I have 19 booosts) hence why my pack renewal, pack and balance all say different things. 

 

The suggestion was to move to a sim pack but I'm not keen on this as I'd be tied in for at least 12 months and I'd either have to pay more a month OR get less data. 

 

I think it's because I've been on payg for so long as it's probably a unique situation

Yeah they counted 19 boosts (2xminutes and 17 500mb) I'm not sure why the pack is being boosted to 34gb (my next pack renews in 30 days) over the base 4gb in the pack plus 8.5GB boosts plus rollover of 3.4gb (total 15.9gb)

 

So not sure where the 34gb boost is coming from.

 

But obviously right now I'm getting amazing value for my £10 per month

In that case, it does look like the correct amount is showing in your My EE account after the pack has renewed. 

 

If the data amount shows incorrect before your next pack, please let me know.
