Data Not working

9.4gb of data and 3 bars of signal yet websites and apps will not load

Hi @Brandon28 ,

 

Have you turned on mobile data, does the phone make a data connection with the network perhaps showing "4G" in the top bar, and does your phone receive an IP address when checking in the relevant settings?

 

Have you tried turning airplane mode off then on (otherwise rebooted phone)?
