I will admit I would know exactly how to complain about terrible service, but it was trickier finding somewhere to put a big pat on the back, so I hope it's ok to pop it here.
I wanted to move my 2 children's EE PAYG numbers to the new PAYM accounts I have taken out for them. I was really struggling to get it done, and to be honest I wasted a fair amount of my day. Searching online told me it's not possible- you need to port over to another network, then port back. Annoying. However, I jumped on chat about 8.30pm to check if I had the right PAC codes (this was what kept coming up as an error) and a lovely customer service advisor called Saif helped me. They took all the details and assured me it would be done within 24 hours. I will admit I didn't think much more of it, especially given the time of night. Sure enough within an hour (!!!!) both phones had correctly ported over! I'm so very delighted, this was so incredibly easy, and having moved between networks myself in the past I was fully expecting a few hours at least of downtime. There appeared to be none of that, it was literally just a switch.
ANYWAY...... so sorry for the long essay here, I just really wanted to reach out and say thank you for the fast, efficient and friendly service. On Sunday I widened my 1 line contract to 3, and the service I've had during the ordering Sunday, and the set-up today, has been superb, and I am looking forward to at least another 2 years with you.
