Due to Coronavirus I stopped working and I have no money to pay my bills.Please can I have some support freeze my account for 3 months.I am not sure When I will get back to work.Please get in touch with to sort out this situation.Also I have one contract which ends on the 06/05/ 2020 this month.Please stop the payments I dont want any upgrade.Thanks a lot

I'm sorry to hear about your job. We’re here to help our customers through this difficult time. Some of our customers will understandably be concerned about how the impact of Coronavirus will affect their livelihoods. If customers have concerns about paying their bills, they should contact us and we’ll help work out what would be best for them.
