I ordered a new phone on Thursday and it said they had in stock online. It still says awaiting confirmation for the delivery date. Help please.

I was expecting it in the next day or at least today as that what it said when going to order. And it was in stock. Hopefully someone from EE can get back to us and help.

Same here, I ordered Playstation 4 yesterday,got emailconfirmation but nothing since and upfront payment hasnt been taken. Cant useonline chat and can'tcall 150 asits only for vulnerable people. I bought a Playstation 4 upfront from appliances online and it was due to come tomorrow but saw that EE were doing the playstation with next day delivery so should have received today but doesn't look like it now and I've cancelled the order from Appliances online. They've taken upfront cost off me so the phone must be in process or something. Hope you get the PlayStation soon 😊

You'll get a text from DPD on the morning of your delivery date.
In the mean time, the only way to get a more detailed update would be to contact our Customer Care team.
