Contract phone

I upgraded my phone yesterdsy,and ordered a contract phone with unlimited texts\calls and 40gb data for £30 a momth. I placed my order yesterday but have had no confirmation email or anything for my order, but know my account says I'm not eligable for an upgrade,and I can't find any confirmation of my order anywhere.
