Contract ended 2 years ago .still cant get EE to unlock.

When asking EE to unlock my phone they said that the IMEI  didn't exist  on their files even though we had had it on a monthly contract for two years. Below is the email from L.G confirming that it does exist. EE have a get out clause in that the original phone with the contract was dropped one month into contract and I bought from the same EE shop  a new one costing £100-00  which was entered into the contract in place of broken one. EE say that although the sim card was transferred to the new contract , the phone wasn't, any help to resolve this prob, would be helpful. Mick.

I was promised on the phone from EE by a gentleman called Mathew that he would look into it and send me an email confirming this, that was two weeks ago. Still waiting.
