Content lock

I have tried to turn content lock off but it won't accept it no matter what I do.

@Daviesj  if you’ve never remove content locked before you need to call customer services to request this.  You’ll need to pay a refundable token via credit/debt card.   Or alternatively you can book appointment at your local EE store and take ID with you to prove that you’re over 18. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
