My daughter has damaged her mobile, does not have a land line and EE shops are closed. She is currently working for the NHS and needs a phone. How can we send an email to EE to inform them and get urgent assistance?

There is no EE email address as this would not be a quick way of communication.

 

If she logs into her EE account there is a Live Chat box.
