Hi there, I'm not sure if anyone can help as I'm pulling my hair out!
My ee broadband is working perfectly, so no issues there.
Im running an iMac, os 10.14.6. My issue is that using 'mail' I cannot send or receive emails. I cannot connect to webmail or view my web domain whilst I am using the ee router. I've done a factory reset and still nothing. I changed the dns to 8.8.8.8. 8.8.4.4 and then it all worked for about a day and then back to the same issues again. When I connect my Mac to my ee mobile and use the 4g connection through the phone, all emails and web domain and web mail work fine.
As anyone had this same problem?
Would really appreciate any advice, ee have not been able to assist.
Thank you in advance.

@dv8design : Who is your email provider? What have you put as the Server settings (all of them) in your Mail app, obscuring your name?

DV8 Design is not a known email provider & I can't find their email settings but yours look like what you'd expect. There's nowt there that would make any diff to the network you're going over. I presume they are a domain host.

Hi @dv8design ,
I assume that your webmail URL relies on the dv8design.co.uk domain which is a pretty big clue it is a domain resolution issue. Please may you check whether your website is inaccessible at the same time you find the webmail is inaccessible. I would expect both to be inaccessible at the same time (and both accessible at the same time).
If your webserver+mail server have a fixed IP address, you can probably work around the issue by replacing the mail server FQDN with the IP address. At the same time you find your webmail inaccessible, you can try to access directly via the fixed IP address and if that works it pretty much confirms a name resolution issue.
When I perform a whois on your domain name, I see that the first name server is set to your webserver and I assume you intended for your webserver to be an authoritative name server (a check shows it resolves the name) for your domain and the fallback to be one of the domain name provider's DNS servers.
I would recommend for the purposes of debugging to revert back to using the name servers of your domain name provider as the authoritative name servers for your domain (and point your domain to your webserver IP address) to see if the issue clears up after a few days.
