Called today regarding an early upgrade which I made yesterday, 25/20/21, and got an email from EE asking me to call to sort some stuff out. Ended up speaking to Danny on the phone who was an absolute outstanding example of customer service. The call dropped a couple times however Danny kept on it and tried ringing back a couple extra times before texting me to let me know the issue was sorted.
He's also just a sound guy in general, and that cannot be topped.
