Claiming buds on A52S

Hi, I recently upgraded to the Samsung A52S.  I was supposed to be able to claim Buds.  The Samsung site says the offer is closed?  I only got my phone 19 days ago.  How do I claim?

Did you upgrade or purchase the phone between August 24th till October 5th?

 

If yes, but you have only just received your phone due to a delay you can still process your claim until November 5th HERE.
