Checking Balance

Hi

I dialled 150 to check my balance but a recorded message told me that number is not available on this network. I have been using this number to check my balance for years.

 

I dialled 450 but was referred back to 150.

Same problem. Texting BA to 150 got my balance.

@exiledred  Try restarting the device.    You could try texting BA to 150. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Same problem. Texting BA to 150 got my balance.
