Cheaper deals for better phones

I am currently paying £70 a month for an iPhone 11pro Max but I have seen that I could get an iPhone 12 for just over £40 a month. Is there anything I can do about this as I don't really want to be paying this much for a phone if I can get a better phone for much cheaper a month

No if you are still in your minimum term contract.

 

You agreed to a price plan and contracts change over time.

 

There is black Friday deals at the moment so you can't really compare.

The Black Friday deals are a con - prices have increased - It's extremely annoying that this consumer con repeats itself year after year.
