Hi everyone,
I upgraded my plan and phone this past month and paid a delivery fee over the phone but upon checking my bill I’ve been charged for delivery again. Why is this? Do I need to contact customer service to have it rectified? There is no credit line on my bill either for the charge.

@chloeeloise Look at your account breakdown and I think you’ll find it has a minus figure next to the delivery charge which means you’ve not been charged.
