Apple Watch SE error 007

Hi,

 

I bought Apple Watch directly from apple, now I’m unable to connect to cellular plan error code 007. I went through similar posts, but haven’t found any answers. I am with EE over ten years now, have two lines, I am right in the middle of my 24 month plan. So it’s not like pay 3 monthly bills or so. I have unpaired and repaired Watch, I did reset it, no result. What should I do?

@FarciarzOX   You’ll need to speak with customer services about this.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I just spend half an hour on web chat, being thrown between two departments no result, they told me I should call them, but obviously no one answers the phone.

@FarciarzOX   Has it occurred to you it’s Christmas Day ?  While there might be some customer service agents in it will be limited.

Of course I know it’s Christmas Day. You said I should contact CS and I did, obviously someone is working there as I was able to write with them. You have a time to write too 😉 It’s a Christmas gift for my daughter so obviously I am trying to make it work properly.

All sorted 😋 took a while, but it’s all done, apparently there’s a lot of phone calls from other parents about exactly the same issue 😂 technical support where very helpful 👍👍
