Charge Band f

What is Charge Band f?  A call to a 07 mobile was charged on my bill as is "Charge Band f"

It was not a premium number so should have been free on my plan. Any ideas?

That is not a UK mobile but a Guernsey one on the Sure network.

 

You will be charged as per pp 51 & 17 of  EE TV, broadband and Home Price Guide - 1 May 2021
