I have been with EE for 2 years at a costly £36+ per month and this will end on 23/08/21 and want to change to a cheap tariff ASAP. I have been to western road, Brighton shop and they were unhelpful and asked me to ring 150. I have tried to ring 150 and waited for 15 mins and no one answers the call. Why!?! Who can help me???

You can view all of EE's current SIM-only plans here
If you login to your myEE online and follow the options to "upgrade", you should be able to change to a SIM-only plan. Otherwise you will need to wait in the call queue to speak to a C/S agent and ask them for a change of payment plan.
