I would like to change to other provider once my plan ends in November. How do I go about?

Text PAC to 65075 (to port no.) or STAC to 75075 (to get a new no.). It will respond with your PAC/STAC & how much you will have to pay if you are still within your min term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 20%. Give the PAC/STAC to new provider. Your EE contract will end when you are live on new network.

Hi @Bee89

It depends if you want to take your number with you, that's known as porting.

Take a read through this EE help article, the third & fourth points cover your scenario.

If you want to keep your number, use the PAC process. If you don't want to keep your number, use the STAC process.
