Hi @Waynem
Thanks for coming to the community.
Are you connected to the WiFi device when you visit add-on.ee.co.uk?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

What does http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to it by WiFi offer you?
Going there from a mobile phone with its WiFi turned off will only be trying to buy data for the mobile phone, not the mobile router.

I have a similar problem, although I can't connect to the EE WiFi router because I purchased it for someone that lives 30+ miles away.
The account has credit, which I have purchased, but there must be a way to buy a data add on without having to drive there and connect to the router?

Hi @chr156r33n,
Welcome to the community 🙂
If the device has credit on, you can ask the person who has the router to follow the instructions given by @XRaySpeX above.
Alex 🙂

Is there no other method for doing this? It seems frustratingly limited.

Hi @chr156r33n,
To do this yourself you would need to be with or connected to the device you want to add data to.

Surely this is a mistake?
