Hello @FranBell01.

Thanks for coming to the community.

Are you able to successfully connect other devices?

Has your router ever connected to your TV before?

Does the TV see the router's WiFi SSID(s) in its list of networks seen? Have you supplied the WiFi pwd to it?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Will connect to everything including my EE Phone as a hotspot ! Have now been told by Toshiba that their TV's are not comapatible with 4GEE mobile devices or similar form other providers as they are not stable - their words. So cannot use the 4Gee mini I got last week. They have suggested buying a 4GEE home - which they do support.

Yes, it sees, says authorization failed, and its been checked and dbl checked to be correct. See my other post Toshibs saying their TV's do not support Mobile Wifi devices like the 4GEE mini !
