Cancelling orders After phone call

I have had two emails now saying EE have cancelled my order, as you have not heard from me. I spoke to somebody Tuesday and also yesterday who both said they will not cancel the order. i have already waited nearly two weeks for my order which i said was fine as i wanted a specific colour.
Why does my order keep getting cancelled? puts me at the back of the que. starting to get a tad annoyed now as i have to keep calling and it seems nobody is doing anything about it.

Unfortunately this is a public forum, where no one has access to accounts. You will have to ring customer service to get this resolved and the answers you need.

@Schockwave I called as this has happend three times now, was told it would be personally dealt with. Following day...... Cancelled again as EE haven't heard from me. I have not botherd again. Not great service this time.

I have had similar thing but without the email to say that the orders have been cancelled. I have called 3 times and each time they have said that this will be sorted and I should get my order the next day. Nothing from DPD and nothing from EE either. Person I spoke to today said possible glitch in the system? However the additional account now appears online so hopefully will get a delivery soon 🤞
