Am I the only customer of EE that finds it damned frustrating that you have to phone them for everything.
Why can’t you have a damned email address, ah yes I forgot that would make it too easy to cancel your account.
I suggest everyone lobby government to make companies like EE set up an email department for customers.
i want to cancel my contract and every time I try to do so I’m asked a load of stupid questions as to why I want to cancel in an attempt to keep me as a customer.
I really am getting sick of this now, I’ve even written via snail mail and it’s got me nowhere.

How did you cancel online? I'm in NZ and can't contact them via phone

@Emerrrr122 : You can't! You need to phone to cancel with your 30-days notice.
Try calling the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.
