Hi - I've recently returned home to New Zealand after being on an EE pay monthly plan for several years. I now want to cancel this plan (no strings attached - i've already switched to an NZ-based provider, Spark) but have no idea how to do this from NZ. I haven't used my EE sim here at all, I took it out of my phone and replaced it with a new one when I arrived. I'm still being charged each month so really want to cancel it asap. Any thoughts?

You need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 20%.

I am not sure how to contact EE from NZ - there doesn't seem to be an option to do this (without it being very expensive). It's also not a contract - just a sim only plan (there was no set termination date).

Hi @Zoe_Brown,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Please get in touch with Customer Care to give notice to cancel your contract.
Thanks
