I upgraded my phone in store today. I was told if I upgraded I would still keep my carphone warehouse discount as the 3 month new phone rule had changed and I would still get it automatically. This hasn't happened so the manager just wanted a sale (I was happy to wait as we went in for my partner) can i cancel this and go back to my old plan?
