Thank you for the reply thankfully I have changed my order however can’t see an order number to track only have an account number is there a way I can find out an order number

You can call us on 0800 956 6000 if you don't have an EE number.
If you download the DPD app and use the contact details provided when you ordered, you can check for any deliveries scheduled for your address.
