Hi,
My Galaxy watch contract is up now, i wish to cancel as i have had this for 2 years now, but the price is still staying the same, £21.99pm. I have tried for almost 2 weeks rining the 150 number to get through and speak with someone but am waiting on hold for up to 20 mins at a time or on a couple occasions i have been disconnected.
Why it it so much trouble to speak with someone and why can't i send a simple email request to EE asking to cancel? I can't even find a proper contact oage online. Ring 150 or ask the community where a representative just types standard script to call 150! Covid or no covid, this is bad customer service. Vodafone was appalling for cancelling contracts, didn't think EE would be the same.

Hi there @cfoxx1986
Thanks for posting on the community.
I am very sorry to hear you have been unable to speak to one of the team when you have called 150, if you could try calling again they will be able to help you get the watch contract cancelled. Our get in touch page has all our contact details.
We’re doing everything we can to help our customers and look after the wellbeing of our people during the Coronavirus outbreak.
Our contact centres in the UK and Ireland are open to help keep you connected, but we have fewer people available to take your calls.
Leanne.
