I placed my order online on Monday got confirmation email with xkn number but nothing since and can't track using the number. Both my email and phone number are correct.

Do you have an order or a reference number starting with 00?
The xkn number can't be used for tracking.
Are you using our online order tracker?

All I have so far is the confirmation email with the xkn number nothing further so far.

When you get the email with the tracking number, or a text from DPD, you'll be able to track your order.
Alternatively, you can try following @Chris_B's advice and contacting our customer service team for an update.

Placed an order for Samsung tv as a plan add on. This was 4 days ago, and not heard anything re delivery.
Could someone from EE please get back to me re confirmation of delivery date?

If you haven't received an email yet with your tracking number, I'd recommend contacting our customer service team and asking them to check the progress of your order, and also ask if they have your tracking number available.
